These AI Advisor terms apply to the AI-powered virtual advisor ("AI Agent") and supplement the Terms of Service. Last Updated: January 18, 2026.

By accessing or using the AI Agent, you agree to be bound by these AI terms. If you do not agree, do not use the AI Agent.

The AI Agent is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide professional, legal, financial, accounting, investment, or other regulated advice.

Any marketing, sales, revenue, or business guidance is general and may not apply to your situation. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI output and should consult qualified professionals.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or effectiveness of AI responses and do not guarantee outcomes or results.

The AI Agent uses third-party models (including OpenAI/ChatGPT). Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or biased, and we do not control the underlying model behavior.

You agree that AI responses are suggestions, not facts or directives, and you will independently verify information before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from AI use, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Simplyfyd, its operators, affiliates, and partners harmless from claims or expenses arising from your use of the AI Agent, reliance on AI outputs, or violation of these terms.

Use of the AI Agent does not create a client-consultant, fiduciary, advisory, agency, or partnership relationship. Professional services require a separate written agreement with Simplyfyd / 4Seer Digital Solutions LLC.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or personal data. Inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers, and we are not responsible for their data handling practices.

You agree not to use the AI Agent for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive purposes, to reverse engineer or exploit the system, or to use outputs in ways that violate laws or regulations.

We may update these AI terms at any time. Continued use of the AI Agent constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These AI terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To access and use the AI Agent, users may authenticate using an email address or a third-party social login provider.

We may collect and store email or social login identifiers, basic profile information, chat inputs and AI-generated responses, and usage metadata (timestamps, session data, interaction history).

We collect this information to authenticate users, manage access, store and retrieve chat history for user convenience, improve system performance and user experience, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Chat conversations may be stored and associated with your account. Stored conversations may be reviewed in aggregated or anonymized form to improve the AI Agent.

User inputs may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI services (including OpenAI) under their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data handling practices.

Chat history and account data may be retained while your account is active and as required for legal, security, or compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational limitations.

Use of the AI Agent does not create a confidentiality obligation. We disclaim responsibility for information voluntarily shared by users and any consequences arising from disclosure of sensitive or proprietary data.
